CallaCrux Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CallaCrux purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below:

Returns:

  • Eligible Items: We accept returns on unopened, unworn, and non-handmade or custom items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as when they were received.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. The refund will exclude original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened, used, or worn items.

  • Handmade or custom-made jewelry.

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Exchanges:

  • We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same guidelines as returns.
